It is quiet, clean and the leasing staff are on top of things! There is plenty of parking and it is nice to see no trash in the parking lot, on the grounds, or right in front of my balcony as there was at Landmark @ Magnolia Glen in Hoover. I have been nothing but pleased! It is a great price and I also have plenty of room to walk my doggies! I am glad someone told me about Riverside Parc and plan on staying here a long-time!

It is great. I love the quietness and the peacefulness. Even though the 280 drive is crazy at times but it's worth it to come home at Riverside Parc.

I would tell them Riverside Parc is convenient to everything, has everything, is very quiet, and safe. The maintenance staff is terrific, and the office staff is always knowledgeable and helpful.

i like arriving at home even though its an apartment i enjoy it very much. i feel at home.

It's amazing. The neighbors in our building are very nice and the office staff is the best I've ever encountered. We've only needed maintenance a couple of times and they arrived within the hour and fixed our small problems quickly. It's very pet friendly with supplied poopie bags and bins in very convenient spots all over the complex. Parking can get a little tight after 11pm for those who work late, but not usually a problem. The rent is reasonable for the space, ammenities and service you get. Overall, we love it here.

Jennifer Walls and Veronique are always very helpful. Maintenance is very kind and quick to respond when needed. It is affordable.

The 2X2 apartment is pretty nice. I like the fact that you can see into living room from kitchen over the bar, I like that the porch is large, I love the large storage closet on the porch and I love the closet space inside, including the coat closet and food pantry. The appliances are kinda old, I wish I had a door between my laundry room/pantry and kitchen (so that guests don't have to see my laundry or trash can when in my kitchen) and I wish I didn't have a fire place b/c I wanted to set the living room up differently. I like that the walls are khaki and not white. I wish there were overhead lights in the bedrooms and I wish I had an actual dining room (without carpet). I have never felt unsafe here at all and maintenance issues are responded to quickly. I love the big pool, the pool furniture and the flowers.The smaller pool could be better. I wish the back of my apt bldg could be pressure washed b/c it looks green. I also wish that my water bill came in the mail rather than my getting a late notice every single month, but I don't think that's the apt complex's fault. The staff has almost always been nice and helpful, especially Jennifer. I don't like that every time a dog relives itself outside or a piece of trash is outdoors or a box is in the hallway, I get a note on my door blaming me. I feel like we are sometimes singles out. However, when I talk to the staff about these notes, they are reasonable and we get the issue resolved. I like that there is only one way in and one way out of the complex so there's not constantly people riding through here. I enjoy the nature trail with my dog and the playground when I babysit. I love being so close to fast food, a gas station, Target, etc. The courtesy officer totally ignored my call once and that was not ok, but I was told he is being replaced. Unlike the past 2 apartments I have loved in (both in nice ares), I have never had an apt or car break in, thankfully.

Pleasant, quiet, love the nature walks. Do not count on using the community laundry facilities.

It is very much a community with a great leasing staff. Very quite, and reasonable rent! There are lots of great grassy areas to enjoy.

The office staff genuinely cares about you, the apartments are suprisingly large! Huge walk in closets, good floor layout, large bathrooms. The maintenance staff is timely and efficient, and we looove being able to walk to the river with our dogs!

I would say that the living is very peaceful the only things that would be that I find is that the outside of the apartment complex needs to be cleaned as far as painting the stair well, pressure cleaning the patio walk way and painting the fence. and the upkeep up the grounds need to be more perfected-
